I've been posting minimally here for a while but have never really regularly posted my picks, mostly because i've only been capping seriously for about a year and i have a lot to learn. I've had a sub par year in football but I'm off to a hot start in college basketball so i figured i'd share my picks. Hopefully this isn't a jinx.

Seriously wanted to shoot myself today. 3 plays I outlined this morning that I liked. Clemson & Houston MLs + Clemson OVER. Left them off my card. Managed to make a little $$$ because I won my larger wagers today.

I'm a superstitious bastard. I will tell you - watch out for the SBR Jinx. If you find games where more than 5 or 6 guys are on it, it gets screwed at least 75% of the time - clockwork.

I was on Clemson too and didn't play it for some reason. Was on Duke, Ohio St, and Nova however so i can't complain

Word. I think Mich St is going to be a solid team i just don't see how they can slow down UNC. Carolina is just way to deep and Ty Lawson will be up and down the court all day. Mich St will look to minimize possession but thats almost impossible

Yeah I keep telling myself ... go with the ones you like after you're done researching. I think 9 times out of 10, they should be plays. I had the 1/10 where I pulled off a play a couple days ago (SBR JINX) and it worked out. Discipline & belief really are the two things you gotta have to win consistently I think. Both are difficult to maintain.

Also looking at Syracuse -17.5 vs Cornell. Cornell's 3 losses, to Indiana by 15, to St Johns by 11, To Sienna by 18. Syracuse is considerably better than all those teams.

I have been following UNC Wilmington, got burned on them when they got I think +16 against Kent State thinking they would put enough points on the board like the few earlier games to cover, but no.

I honestly dont have an opinion on this game.

But, Man UNC Wilmington like to take alot of 3's though.

UNC Wilm hasnt heard of defense. If ECU plays solid D and if ECU can hold them to less then 70-75 points then ECU should win. But if this game turns into a highscoring affair then you certainly cant count UNC Wilmington out of getting the W.

I doubt this changes your thinking, but there is a chance that reigning Ivy Player of the Year Louis Dale plays tonight against 'Cuse. He hasn't played yet this season and Cornell is a totally different team with him at the point. He's basically 100% healthy, but the coaching staff doesn't want to risk him in a non-conference game. Figured I'd chime in with that.
