MILWAUKEE (33-33) AT PORTLAND (20-46) MIL 96.5 / 97.7 POR 88.4 / 97.0 ----------------- FT% MIL 74.0% POR 68.3% --------------- Portland is garbage!! Milwaukee Under-rated. MIL fighting for coveted 8th spot in the playoffs. MIL is a much better FT team which always give you a chance. This is the 1st of a 3 game road trip you know this team wants to win this one. Who better than a GARBAGE like Portland to play to show the world your for real!!! MIL 13-19 Road POR 14-17 Home Not much difference. Basically Milwaukee is a way better team with motivation on there side!! MIL -2 A Great Play!!! There you gents. Enjoy your meal |

Don't like going against you, but this has to be an exception.
Often teams crumble under the pressure in the playoff race. Wouldn't be surprised to see MIL lose the next two SU, on the road against POR and SEA. FWIW, Telfair is a starter now. Did you see that movie about him? He's an energizer, and I could easily see him spark the Blazers. This will not be an unmotivated POR at all. They just lost a close one at MIL. Why should MIL be more motivated for this one than the last game? I'm counting on one team to be flat, and they're not from Oregon. [line is MIL -2 -110 at Pinny] |

Mil is the better team.
This home and home series reminds me of the one between Portland and Dallas. 03/07/06 Portland@Dallas L 87-93 03/09/06 Portland vs.Dallas L 92-109 Dallas and Mil can't be compared, but it looks like the same outcome for me too...after some underestimating in first the game at home, the better team makes amends in the second game and gets the easy win.

1. imgv loves the Bucks on a regular basis (go back and look). I have disagreed at least twice that I can remember, and lost the play both times.
2. usually when he and I disagree, I am on a home dog. 3. imgv hasn't been wrong much lately -- his fearlessness with small road favorites seems in tune with the current NBA. 4. I agree with DH's analysis. 5. I am tired of going down with bad NBA teams (Atlanta Hawks). 6. it's up to 3.5 now, but I think I'd need 5 points (plus, to be honest, some change of heart by our red-hot herb-aided capper) to feel comfortable stepping in on POR. |
