[That Memphis line looks low because right now there is a big dropoff from SAC and DEN (#1 and #2) to the rest of the league. The #4 team would not normally be so small a home favorite over the #2 team.]

In general, the lines remain tight, the dogs (espcially home dogs) are having trouble, and this season's best days for this tool appear to be over, not surprisingly. But IMO the place rankings are still useful as an objective measure of how well each team has actually played over the last 10.
