Sorry about the bad night man. Thinking about taking a break myself. The NBA has been a roller coaster for me lately, and I'm at that point where I feel like I'm about to puke if I don't take a break for at least a few days. Maybe I'll focus on a little spring training and getting errands done. Better than this crapshoot for a couple hundred.

Jazz at Grizzlies w/Miller questionable...this will be one road game the Jazz can get and will go all out to get...won by 19 at Grizzlies earlier in February.

76'ers at Suns...76'ers back to back on the road vs up tempo teams...are 1-8 vs Western conf teams that are .500 or better..only beating Houston...Suns got killed vs Hornets last game...need this one at home

Bad night...bounce back tomorrow. 40 games that are possible plays for ML parlays...going to probably do 8 3-teamers for tomorrow in NCAAB. Have not even looked at the NBA yet.

??? why? im a newbie and just a simpleton but my logic is -- straight bet, 50-50 chance! i do throw in an occasional 3-4 teamer but that's when i really feel strongly about it. and i only even do them in a round robin parlays so if i lose one, at least i get my money back. although i almost always play 1 unit 6-8 teamer just for the heck of it.

but... im beginning to understand parlays. i haven't touched moneyline or buying 3+ pts etc etc. as i seem to be doing good with my straight bets and round robin parlays.

like i said, im a newbie. i'm not even be making any sense here! so please be gentle on the replies.

Don't worry about it Mundane...it is a great question. I am doing ML parlays of 3 teams with favorites....basically say take 3 favorites say: -800, -600, -750...feel the edge is much better than doing spreads. (learned it from some great posters here...IMGV, WSP, LK1)

There is also another poster at a different forum that is up more than 120 units playing mostly 2 or 3 unit ML parlays as well

ok... hmmm what would be the average pay on favorite ML?
let's say on that three u posted. like i said, i don't know moneyline. if it is almost always 30%, that won't be too bad.

That one would be around $100 to win $48.75 with all teams around 10 point favorites...I am going to be looking to pair a heavy Fav say -800 with 2 smaller favorites around -300 for even money... The people that I mentioned in the other post are very solid with them. I too am still learning the ropes.
