Default LeBron James will shoot lights out this year

LeBron James will be a much better shooter this year because of this surgery. I feel the team totals on the Cavs might deserve a closer look this year.

James cleared to resume workouts after surgery

CLEVELAND -- LeBron James' court vision might get even better.

James underwent Lasik eye surgery over the weekend to improve his vision. Dr. Kerry Assil of The Assil Eye Institute in Beverly Hills performed the procedure.

James has been cleared to resume his offseason workouts.

The 22-year-old has had a busy summer hosting the ESPY Awards and helping the United States win the FIBA Americas championship in Las Vegas.

He will host "Saturday Night Live" on Sept. 29, two days before the Cavaliers open training camp. Cleveland won its first Eastern Conference championship last season before being swept by the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA Finals.

Lebron will only get better with age; we have not seen the full potential of Lebron James yet.

I can't dispute that one at all sir. However, I really do feel that surgery will really make his shooting % go up fairly good this year.

He wore contacts before but who knows. When I think of a LB jump shot it's him falling back with one leg out, even on his threes. If he goes straight up or forward with it this year that will be why he is hitting IMO.

Lebron is King.

He will only get better, and this only helps matters.
