Default Where is "Go Pistons" these days??

I tried to tell you, bud, that Flip Saunders is simply not a great coach. Now they're facing a loss in the ECF's again, in 6 games even though they have the HC advantage.

I have to think that Flip will be gone if they lose again, just like Rick Carlisle got fired even though he took them to back-to-back 50 win seasons, I believe..

DET 6-1 ATS first 7 games of the playoffs.....GoPistons posting like crazy....encouraging everyone to bet Pistons.

DET 1-7 ATS last 8 games....GoPistons must have gone broke.

Yeah, he was very pro Pistons, but the guy's kinda cool. I liked his enthusiasm.

Even if the Pistons lose, which I believe they will in Game 6, I hope he comes back and posts!

I believe he was on the Red Wings as well. I'm sure he's lost a nice piece of change on the "stones" this series.

I hope he didn't go jump off a bridge or something. I'm sure he is ok. Most become absent on these type forums when they start losing.

Check in with us go_pistons.

You see what happens when a fan tries to gamble and handicap a game. Just can't be done.

The best advice I ever got was to drop your allegiance to "your team" as soon as you start betting. Use your head, not your heart.

You are correct about the way Carlisle got fired, but him and Dumars where not on good terms. Saunders and Dumars are I don't see him leaving anytime soon. If you want to compare the two coaches in this series Mike Brown is about 1000 times worse. If the coaches switch teams Pistons would have lost 0-4 Mike Brown is a horrible coach I hope he gets out of there so Lebron can get a chance to grow and improve under a coach that can lead him somewhere. Flip isn't one of the best coaches in the NBA, but he isn't bad he is a good fit for the Pistons organization.

From what I recall all the detroit games he bet he was winning, I think he hasn't been betting perhaps he didn't like the series. Cleveland always plays detroit tough therefore he would be throwing money away playing them.

I think you are right AC the Deja Vu bug is going to strike Cleveland hard tonight when they face Detroit. Detroit will bring back some of the swagger that they have missed in this series tonight and shut down Lebron making everyone else beat them which just is not going to happen. It should be a good close game in the end though we will see if Lebron can be clutch again.

So...

By "either" you mean "for the first time in the series"?

OR

By "cleveland" you mean "detroit"?

I know you're good at math but I'm having some problems figuring this one out.

That was exactly my feeling in Game 4 and especially Game 5, and we all saw what happened. I'm still not sure what is wrong with the Pistons' mindset, especially giving up a dunk in the final seconds with Chauncy smiling all the way. Could it be that LeBron really IS good enough to win this series by himself?

Hopefully go pistons is just taking a break like I have been. Still watching though. Got too tired to deal with the betting for a while & also didn't like these last couple series enough as far as betting.

I finished off the hoops season a measly +1.5 units....cause I lost a bunch during the meaningless end of regular season games. I had actually been up +39 units, lost it all & went in the RED, got it all back & lost most of it again... , oh well, at least I played with someone else's $ all season.

Had a lot of fun with everyone's posts here though....AC, P2M, Looker, rjt, baba, BBD, LT, etc.....

Just waiting for Football now.

It was great because I applied your spectacular mathematical methods and I was sure I had a winner when the first half produced less than half the total! Thanks for the brilliant tip, Sport!

actually you jock strap at halftime there was 102 and at a 172.5 for the total you could say the game was going no other place but over which it did before the OT started.

so you thought that game still had a chance to stay under by the end of the second quarter but if the score was 43-42 you wouldn't think you had a better opportunity to cover.

I think you are mad because you are a wanna be handicapper with your tremendous analysis of games that are completely the opposite of the outcome.

You can't accept the fact apparently that you were lucky in the one game therefore you keep chatting quotes to me.

Oh nice call on the under:dick:

I don't want to talk to you so talk to someone else.

Stop smoking dope before you try represent yourself as a skilled bettor when it is blatantly obvious by your very own comments that you are a T-square. You should start by trying to get your facts straight because I never called for the UNDER in that game, geek.

The UNDER that I bet was in Game 5 of the SAS/Utah series where the number was 188.5. At the half there was 94 points, so when you apply your Squareboy Mathematical Theory and multiply 94 by 2 you get 188 which is UNDER 188.5.

Keep it up and I'll break it down for everybody to see just how idiotic your logic was in Game 3 of the SAS series back when you were calling OVER bettors lucky and whining about cunt hairs and stupid crap like that.

You don't have the talent, genius, so you're going to need to try harder.

By the way, Son; if you're worried so much about my picks, maybe you should have jumped on the +400 I told people to take with Cleveland back when they were down 0-2.
