Just a quick question. I was looking at your detailed explanation and you say

I am curious....does it have to be the closing line or if the line meets your criteria at any point during the day will you place the bet?

He tracks the system with the closing lines at Pinny but you would place a bet at the best price you can get. 5% off is the strike price but 8,9,10% off is even better
