WNBA 2009 Picks...
Ok I had a different thread going every day for the NBA playoffs and it was a royal PITA. So I'm going to try doing this in one thread see what happens.
As a preface. As part of our agreement that instead of watching BS TV shows I can watch any sports on TV I want, my wife made me promise to watch WNBA and Figure Fvcking Skating with her. So I did. OMG WNBA Is hard to watch! But being the sport I am I think I've seen enough to make picks "intelligently" so here we go. Let the season begin!...

You'll get'em tomorrow shhhhh22. Tomorrow I'm liking Seattle over Sacremento again. This time their at home so that should be a lock. That Indiana vs. Atlanta game was pretty good 2 overtimes.

Well, after a couple of weeks I just want to ask you what team has the young talent , who fills their stands , who is the best player in the league now that Candace Parker is out for the time being , and how is the pace of play due to (fouls, missed shots, play calling )??????

Not entirely no. These games are decided in 3rd and 4th, the runs to start the games make 1H too unpredictable for me.

Don't feel bad shhhhh22. I was thinking the same thing. I mean you would think Michael Cooper coach of the Sparks would have some type of pep talk and pump the Sparks up. And the Sparks would come out on fire and cut the lead but noooo lol. I guess you have to go with the flow of the game especially if it's the home team. If the home team is beating the home team badly continue with it. If the hometeam is down take the home team to cut the lead. That's my best way of seeing 2nd half plays. But that's why I don't play on 2nd halfs too much, it's hard to determine and know the attitude of the 2 teams at half. But I was SO tempted to take Sparks -6 at 2nd half, I was 2 clicks away lol. Good thing I didn't. But tomorrow I'm liking Seattle and Orlando to win. And Orlando 1st quarter. |
