This spread is a gift. Lakers only have to cover 7 at home with bynum back vs a mediocre trail blazers team? Bynum should be able to hold oden to modest numbers meanwhile the lakers team will be running up and down the court scoring at will.

Just wait and see what Lakers will do with the spread! Are you new to the way the Lakers play? They'll deliberately trail the opponents in the 1H and stage a comeback rally in the 3Q and win in the 4Q by a margin that depends on how much people have wagered on them to either cover or not cover the spread. The Lakers' margin of victory will be determined in the last 20 seconds of the game through fouling and all sorts of tricks known to them.

Don't know if cavs will cover the 9 1/2 because they are more known for their defense and I see no chance of the bobcats being able to win after their horrible preseason of going 0-7, now going on the road to cleveland vs a tough cavs team who just played a very close game with the defending champions.There is just no way bobcats have a chance.

Like raptors alot here in their home opener. Looked impressive in preseason and this team will be an east contender with the addition of Jermaine O'neal and others.Golden state is and has been weak defensively and relies on the 3 ball which proves to be inconsistent. Toronto may cover the -7 1/2 but I don't feel confident enough with it so I will take -2 with the raptors at home.

Bears -6

What can I say? Lions are terrible. The worst team in the league. The bears have a very well rounded team and are contending for the NFC north. They will have no problem winning this game by ATLEAST a touch down if not more.
