I'm on the Lakers +5 tonight and really think they pull it off and force a game 7 while getting their first cover of the series...that is if there isn't a huge FT disparity in favor of the Celts.

That is why I would prefer teasing Celts and under.

I just don't like making plays that seem too easy. Yeah, I can see why Lakers getting 10 looks to be a much safer type of bet, with the under included. That's kind of why I don't like it. I can see Celts cruising through the game, then getting backdoored, or I can see Lakers winning the 1st half and Boston pulling away late.

With Boston at home though, I think it's better to err on the side of caution. Boston by 11 wouldn't surprise me at all, so I would rather take them to win by 1pt.

I don't usually, but there's no other basketball game or football game to tease it with. Not like you can just tease the side by itself, you know? Plus I think Under is more likely to begin with.

Teasing a total in BB is like a crap shoot. I have never understood why a tease on BB total is 4\5 points when there is typically 150-200 points yet on FB you get 6 points and your lucky if the total hits 40 or 50. Thats probably on average 2% of the total in BB and almost 12% on FB. I hate totals in general on BB as the last 2 minutes in most cases decides the bet. So you stress for 46 minutes only to see your outcome in the final 2.

Understandable. But teasing this game and having to include a total is suicide. Teasing a total in any basketball game is suicide. The worse thing is, since there are no other games to choose, your hand is forced here. Why not just pick what you like and roll with it? If you like the under, go with it, why add the side into the mix? Just my opinion, either way, GL.
