I mostly play quarters and halves, so take my write-ups with a grain of salt.

DET -5.
DET is the f*cking hottest team in the f*cking NBA.

MIN +5
After five straight losses MIN is due for a SU win. Just check their season record.

01/02/08: USCFOOTBALL33’s Parlay Of The Day

Alright Gentleman, lets talk NBA Basketball.

Milwaukee Bucks +3
Analysis: Miami is hurting right now and no I am not just talking about injuries. We are talking about an 8-23 banged up Miami team going up against an 11-19 Milwaukee Team that is relatively healthy (Mo Williams is probable). Not a hard decision, huh? Take the points and the Bucks here.

New Orleans Hornets -4.5
Analysis: Who is going to give this team some respect? Some how the Hornets have managed to fly under the radar with a 20-11 record and an awesome 11-5 road record. And if that logic doesn’t work for you, let me break it down even simpler: New Orleans=GOOD + Clippers=BAD = Good Ol’ Fashioned Butt Whooping! Take the Hornets to cover the spread here.

Atlanta +5 @ Cleveland- Atlanta and Cleveland going two different routes this season, Atlanta is surprising, they are currently 5th in The East,Cleveland is dissapointing, currently 10th in The East.

Also, Atlanta's Joe Johnson is averaging 22.0 points a game in three meetings this season against Cleveland.

Golden State +51/2@Dallas- matches up very well against Dallas and has won at Dallas.

Golden State +5.5
Memphis o/210.5

1. GS owns Dallas, I've watched every one of their games last season and I'm surprised people are still betting Dallas for this game. Revenge factor? How about confidence factor, GS knows they can take them.

2. Seen the last few matches between these teams too, the pace is quick and they love to shoot. Last 3 overs were pretty easily covered. Should be a ton of 3 pointers taken against poor defence.

GS+5.5/DAL
Gotta take pts w/the hot hand.....WARRIORS rollin while the MAVS are struggling.

Pacers/Grizz OVER 210.5- Very simple, neither team plays defense... I think the last 3 or 4 meetings between these two have gone into the 240's or 50's!

Heat -3 Was just watchin somethin sayin that the Bucks basically mailed in their game against the Pistons the other night and didn't even really try... I'll take the Heat who much need a win!

Play Detroit
Is 5-1 ATS against southeast divison opponents Plus the Wizards are just plain dreadfull

Play Dallas
Everything here points to Golden State(ATS trends, etc) but I think Dallas will buck those trends and win by at least 7

Play Boston -11 against the Houston
Celtics blow teams out at home and Rockets have a mismatch when covering KG because KG is alot better than anybody on the Rockets, so the celts certainly should win by more than 11 pts in this situation

Play Golden State+5.5 against Dallas
Golden State is a tough team to play against because of their superior offense and Baron Davis will create havoc when facing the guards of Dallas tonight which are typically show they are weak when trying to cover guys. I think that Golden State should cover tonight.........

711 Houston Rockets +11½
Celtics home after west coast road trip and a little sluggish.
Rockets keep the game close in a low scoring affair.

716 New York Knicks -3½
Can't believe I'm picking the Knicks, but lots of continued pressure on the team and Thomas, Sacramento not playing well and on the road, if the Knicks are going to win, its got to be tonight.

Northeastern -2: Because I'm a Northeastern grad and a huge homer. Seriously, though, both teams have identical 4-7 records, but Northeastern's played a difficult non-conference schedule (66 SOS) that's included Illinois, RI, UConn, Syracuse and BC, while Towson (222 SOS) has played no one. Northeastern's bigger, more talented and more athletic, and Matt Janning's the best player on the floor tonight. I'll only play a road fav. in conference play if I feel they're significantly better, and I feel that's the case here with a Huskies team I project to finish in the upper-half of the conference v. a team I expect to finish toward the bottom of CAA.

Warriors/Mavs OVER 213: The first meeting between these two (without Stephen Jackson) landed on 235. Naturally, the Mavs don't play at the same tempo as they did under Nellie, but this team is still capable of scoring. The Warriors are a team that generally carry the pace, and I think Dallas will comply and play to GS's preferred style. Last season's playoff series between these teams produced more low-scoring games, but this is the regular season, which means no defense will be played. Should be a competitive game with both teams well over 100.

Miami -3 I KNOW i KNOW think the bucks are worse. and i just have that feeling haha

Hornets /clippers overs I think the hornets will control the tempo but does not have the defence to stop the crappy clipper offence from stumbling there way to the 90tees hehe

Good luck everyone
