Profosor, your posts usually crack me up, and I read them closely particularly during the NBA season. I do have to disagree with you on this USA vs. Angola matchup, however. True, Serbia destroyed Angola 94-44 (50 point victory). The spread could come close, but I just don't see the NBA guys having as much drive to put away these guys that badly beyond 25-30 points. After all, unlike the Serbians, the NBA ballers have much more "important" things to worry about back home pretty soon like multi-million dollar contracts, possible trades, and who is gonna dethrone Kobe and take down LeBron and co., etc. Plus, better to conserve energy for more difficult opponents in the FIBA tourney pretty soon.
Also worth noting is that I did see you lose a few of your self-proclaimed "locks" during the NBA season to know that you aren't flawless, lol. That being said, you're still one of the more entertaining posters on this forum, and I look forward to continually reading them whether or not I agree with your predictions.

I actually gotta agree wtih the US-35. They are going to walk all over them and have fun doing so. It's like an NBA team playing a college team. Bank it big.

Good luck, Profosor, I love that Turkey-France under. About USA -35 I don't really know, Angola at their best could hang out pretty tight, I think the Serbia game was an accident, but in every game thus far they have had some erratic periods when they seemed to lose their focus. One of those tomorrow and USA could be far away, even if their players wouldn't want to be too disrespectful to the Angolans.

no need to mess with a spread like that if the over has been such a easy call. but I am rooting for you to cash the bet

Well, you won your USA pick. I clearly lost, and I tip my hat off to you for this one. I wish I took USA for the first quarter -9.5 like I almost did. Anyway, I believe you did lose your Turkey-France Under 138.5 pick from yesterday, and I'm not sure how China fared. But hey, it's like you said, you win some, you lose some. Hopefully most of us aren't losing track of money management like I sometimes have a tendency to do. I think I'm gonna take a short break maybe until the NBA & college b-ball seasons get into full swing. BOL to everyone in the coming weeks.
