Why Offshore books don't offer ML for Heavy Favourites/Big Underdogs?

I noticed that offshore books don't offer ML for 20-points favourites like USA, Turkey, Greece. Very strange. Almost all european books offer ML odds for these bets.

Use 5 dimes,they offer moneylines on alot of big favs/dogs..

juice, taking a ml favorite in reality has you juice paying way more than ten percent. they want even money just the same as they get on line bets. 1000 on fav and 1000 on dog gets them 100 no matter what. 1000 on -220 and 1000 on +175 if favorite loses they casinos do great, if fav wins they still break even

Because any intelligent gambler knows better than to put any money on anything greater than -1000 (with very few exceptions).
