like say west coast or southern
would want to fix things so they get more than 1 team in tourney?
gonz is already in-they win theyre in along with maybe st mary's
they lose-theyre still in along with sd and maybe st mary's
maybe if sd wins st mary is out?

if they lose then league gets 2 teams in
could that explain the many league tourney upsets over the years?
