Can't believe the spread. got to be a trap. GS should be at least a 15 point fave but only laying 5. Miami to win outright. Pass though as I can't put money on the Heat in this spot. This line is a real headscratcher.

I can't dig up anything to justify this line. Anyone spot the warriors out drinking hevaily in South Beach at a club? Damn it's tempting to take GS but it was also tempting to take Sac and Sac got killed when they were in Miami.

I just got GSW at -5.5, they should be rested and need a win badly.

It's now GSW -4 1/2! This is phucken fishy, pal!

Only things I can see that would make GS only a 5pt fav is the fact that they don't play that well away from Oracle Arena and the South Beach factor. My Kings went there last week and layed a big fat egg. Artest partied too hard and didn't even show up for shootaround. That being said, I still like the Warriors here.

yea..i really don't see miami keeping up with the likes of b diddy, stephen jack...and the crazy athletic monta ellis...g state cant afford to drop games to competition like the heat...granted..they lost to charlotte the other night without gerald wallace but jason richardson had added motivation to go off on his former team....i took the moneyline at -210 just to be safe

I like the Over 221. The usual GS game with a lot of possessions, and Marion and Davis like to run, and also D Wade in the game. As long as it's not a hang over game for everyone and I hope each team can shoot a decent percentage and put this game over.

Also with the fishy line, something says Miami will stay close??? So there could be free throws and big plays down the stretch that also help push it over.

Yep, go over. People like to pick sides because they like this matchup or that matchup but ignore the total. The only analysis you need is that Golden State should pour in close to 120, perhaps more, and the Warriors' awful defense would give up 100+ to the Detroit Red Wings.

The public likes Miami for some reason. I noticed this a month ago or so. They are the crappiest team. No doubt GS should be at least a -9. Miami blows and is overrated.

I'm taking the Warriors minus the pts. and also ML. I can't see the Heat staying close in this game.

Looks like i'm alone, taking Miami +5 (-110)

and also for shits i like the bulls as dogs and did a money line parlay of miami and chicago... $50 to win $1000

    that'd be nice to hit.

crucial point on this game will be the 2nd half esp the start of 4th qt. if heat is nowhere near of at least making it a contest, expect riley and wade to give up. money for us boyz! go warriors!

AgainstAllOdds i too was thinking of going big on this game (taking gsw). like a make or break for me this week but i held back. no such thing as a sure bet but i really like this one so i dbled up. i thot there are still more games coming up. i didnt want to have a shrunken rolling money in the off chance i lose on this one.

how many games has miami lost at home by 5+ over the last month? its still a road game and gsw can lose to anyone at any time.

Way too many loving GS here for this to be easy money. Biggest consensus fave at wagerline and clearly the SBR Jinx play. GSW might win but it will likely be by 1 in double OT as there is never an easy money play when all of SBR is on the same side. Just look at UCONN last night and Cornell at Harvard a few weeks back.

    Golden State 141
    Miami 140

buztah, dbl ot? still a win by gsw? fine by me too as long as i hit the other 4 on my ml parlay.

    btw here's my prediction..

    gsw 115
    heat 98

    gsw by 17pts!

Ok we need some more people picking the Heat then. That UConn play hurt me so don't want that to happen again.

Absolutely noone on the heat. This is scary. If that turnip guy posts that he's on the heat then the Heat will be a lock! Let me see if I can reverse the potential SBR jinx. Check the thread at the top out.

i was at that Sacramento game in Miami (3rd row behind the basket, i was on tv all night lol, getting away from the point...) I called my friend after the first quarter and told him to put a ton of my money on Sac. to win the game and the over as well...Sacramento was pushing HARD AT EVERY POSSESSION, and looked to be running the Heat out of their own building...it was when Miami decided to keep that pace up and SAC decided TO PLAY A HALF COURT OFFENSE that Miami blew the doors off that game...Kings stopped playing team ball, would go down the court, pass once or twice, take a 15 foot jumper and then jog half-ass back up the court...meanwhile Miami kept running the break and took advantage....long story short I have a LOT of money on Golden St. tonight, I believe they will want to run and run often against Miami...who I believe will begin to tire around the 3rd quarter (also, their lack of depth is something to remember) and Golden St should take advantage of this and win by 9 or more....Just my 2 cents, good luck to everyone tonight!!!!

Hopefully this is more of a reverse trap to get more money on Miami and make you think it's a trap, then actually being a typical trap. All the numbers I see, past meetings, etc... Show that the Warriors will win by at least 9-10 points. Oh well, guess we'll see. F*ckers better have stayed sober and off of South Beach last night!

Heres something for anyone that doesnt like GSW here...

Golden State is focused on this season, entering this(vs.Heat) contest one game ahead of Denver for the final playoff spot in the Western Conference.
The Warriors (37-23), who had a four-game winning streak snapped, had averaged 117.3 points in those four victories. Golden State has scored at least 100 points in 24 consecutive games, going 17-7 over that stretch, and leads the NBA with 110.5 points per game.

The Heat are last in the East, averaging 93.3 points.

    Im just saying....

GS actually care and want to go to the playoffs...the Heat only care when the parties start tonite....IMO Heat get their asses blown out here

    GS -2.5 1st half 1 unit
    GS -5 game 2 units

Buztah...Miami is the crap of the league..had a 20 pt half time lead at Sac and blew it all in one quarter...GL man, your play on this is truely a big baller...I don't mind losing this one if this pays off big for you...only small plays for me
