andy, it's a tough one but Dallas should be motivated after their "playoff" like loss to San An. They should be fired up and out to prove themselves today.

I don't mind Denver, but I would also avoid Dallas and instead consider Seattle (six-point 'dogs to awful Minnesota), Washington (six-point home 'dogs to streaky New Orleans), Milwauke (5.5-point 'dogs to very streaky Indiana), New Jersey (5.5-point home 'dogs to San Antonio coming off a back-to-back and almost losing to the Bucks), AND possibly even the Blazers who are six-point 'dogs to the streaky Warriors.

I think there's some great value on the board today, but it doesn't lie with the Mavs, imo.

One more note. If I was you, I'd strongly consider taking out an NBA 'dog or spread that you're not sure about and look at a handicapped NHL game, e.g. the Islanders or Penguins to win by 2 or more. The odds are real good and I think the outcome is more likely than an NBA upset such as Dallas.
