    05/06 NBA Record: 30-16 +28.35 Units
    06/07 NBA Record: 82-62 +26.16 Units



    Wow the NBA is actually back again, kind of snuck up on us. Well let's get started.

    Not going to do anything different this season, going to be very selective again and as you can see I only had 146 plays last NBA season. There will be days I just don't have a play.

    A lot of what goes into my NBA capping is motivation of course there are many factors but I believe motivation is key here. I've witnessed as I'm sure many of you have NBA players not giving 100%, I witness this more in this sport than any of the other major sports.

    Getting a good feel for teams, effectiveness on the road, EAST vs WEST and defense are major factors as well.


    Most of my wagers will be of the 1 to 2 unit variety.




    1* Utah Jazz +3.5


    Jazz went 51-31 last season and I look for them to do great things this season as well. The Warriors are going to be without the services of two key players Stephen Jackson who is serving a suspension and Jason Richardson who they let go. That means Baron Davis will need to have a BIG game for the Warriors to be able win this IMO.

    Utah beat the Warriors in five games last season because they adjusted to Nelson's fast break offense quickly. Much of that credit should be given to Jerry Sloan who is a great coach. I know a lot of you Warrior lovers don't want to hear it but the Warriors barely finished over .500 last season. I still believe that is worth mentioning.

    I lean toward the Jazz but it is the first game of year so even though the jazz are the better team they might not play like it tonight. Warriors will be without Stephen Jackson and don't have J rich anymore but this is already reflected in the line. That really brings a huge ? to me why the Warriors are favored. Still looking at it though.

    i like the rockets, but the line is moving crazy. from -3 to -5.5 now. i think we might see -6.6 by game time.

    first game of the season, i think lakers ML has value here.

    I was planning on taking the Rockets -3 but got involved with something else and shutdown my computer. Went to bet them the next morning and they were -5 already.

    I can't start the season giving 5 points on a road fav. GL to whoever did though.

    Good Luck this year brotha! I think the Jazz should win tonight with Jackson being out! B Diddy will have to have a huge game if the Warriors are to win! I won't be making any plays tonight, but I will be playing my Pacers tomorrow night +whatever... Even without O'Neal and Murphy this team has more heart than any Pacer team I've seen in YEARS and they WILL GIVE THEIR ALL FOR O'BRIEN!

    No not trying to go tout.

    I don't see what the big deal is, I figured some people might be interested in how I fared the last two seasons.

    When this seasons baseball started, I warned everyone that I had a bad prior season.

    Some people on here weren't around last season to witness anything I did.
