Hornets, Bucks, Hawks will be strong ATS. I think the Nuggets, Warriors and Cavs will all be have trouble covering the spread.

I'm a homer, but I think the Raps should be fairly strong ATS. Still getting no respect, and their depth is just sick. They'll be absolutely burying other 2nd units all year long.

This states my case fairly well. Toronto obviously came out of nowhere last year, so the ATS record is very understandable. This season they won't be able to sneak up on people, and I think the books are starting to view them as a good team. That being said, I think they'll still have great value against the top tier teams(Cle, Det, Chi, Miami, Bos) because most people still see them as a tier below, and I'm not sure that's the case. They might not be great against lesser teams because theyre probably going to have to cover a decent amount of points over the course of the year.

And, as louisville meantioned, they seem to be ok on the road.

Once again, keep in mind all of this is coming from a homer.
