    Jazz have been pretty good in the 1st quarter and 1st half. They've been playing great ball the last few games but they might fade in the 2nd half so the game line doesn't have as much value as the first half. Jazz can't hit a FT so their keeping the Under in play too.

    36-16 Utah 1st quarter cash money... Portland get's T'd up to start the 2nd as well. So far so good.

    The Under is in serious jeopardy though.
