i do like boston to bury the suns at home, and i'll wait til the line hits +3! i see it at +2 already. if it goes back to 1.5 i'll hit it, but not til i feel like it wont go back up.

boston with paul peirce are not good for 110 a game, what makes you think that they can put up 110 without him? ill agree with wolfy, and say thats its gonna be rough to bet against boston, which would mean losing their 3rd straight and 2nd this year to the suns. but if you can remember the suns were embarassed on their home court last year by the celtics and that was without garnett(revenge factor). and dont forget that boston has opened up their season the last 3 years by dominating their schedule, but they ALWAYS hit a rough patch where they cant put anything together, and struggle for 3-5 games. ill take my chances on a phoenix team that is coming off a blowout win vs the lakers. the suns are flying high right now and their scoring punch will be tooo much for the pierce-less celtics.

i seriously doubt i bet this game but i gotta wonder how many ppl saying bos w/o pierce cant do this or that took orl on x-mas? 1 of few times i bet bos all year....i agree bos banged up and not sure i could back them in this 1 but the ? to me isnt about bos offensive firepower its more about there defensive intensity in this 1....when they want to they can keep a team that likes jumpers and running from doing a lot of that successfully imo after 2 loses tryin to end the trip on a good note now would be the time and id trust that rivers has them bring it...whether that results in a bos win or not who knows just my take on this 1 and imo fading them may actually be better there 1st game back against tor especially if they look good 2night and tor is catchin a good amount of points......gl evey1 whatever yo decide...

I'm thinking Phoenix -1.5. It'll be difficult for Boston to keep up with the Suns' up-tempo offense with Pierce's absence. Boston can win if they can somehow stifle said offense and set the pace early, but I just can't see it happening.

If anybody can keep Phoenix under 100 its Boston, theyve done it 3 out of the last 5 times.
