ATLANTA HAWKS - *Forward Joe Smith (12/17, dislocated left thumb) is expected to miss Friday's game against Utah.
BOSTON CELTICS - Guard Marquis Daniels (12/9, left thumb surgery) is expected to miss 6-8 weeks. Forward Glen Davis (10/27, right thumb surgery) is expected to miss two months.
CHARLOTTE BOBCATS - No significant injuries.
CHICAGO BULLS - *Center Joakim Noah (12/17, left shoulder tendinitis) played Thursday against New York. Forward Tyrus Thomas (11/7, left forearm surgery) is expected to miss 4-6 weeks. Center Jerome James (10/5, right Achilles ) is out indefinitely.
CLEVELAND CAVALIERS - Forward Leon Powe (10/5, knee surgery) is out
indefinitely.
DALLAS MAVERICKS - No significant injuries.
DENVER NUGGETS - *Guard Chauncey Billups (12/17, strained left groin) is
doubtful for Friday's game against New Orleans.
DETROIT PISTONS - *Guard Richard Hamilton (12/17, sore right hamstring) is questionable for Friday's game against Oklahoma City. *Guard Ben Gordon 12/17, sprained left ankle) is questionable for Friday's game against Oklahoma City. Forward Tayshaun Prince (11/3, ruptured disc in lower back) is out indefinitely.
GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS - Center Mikki Moore (12/16, right heel surgery) is out indefinitely. Forward Ronny Turiaf (12/1, sore left knee) is out
indefinitely. Guard Raja Bell (12/3, left wrist surgery) is expected to miss at least three months. Forward Kelenna Azubuike (11/17, left knee surgery) will miss the remainder of the season. Center Andris Biedrins (11/9, strained abdominal/right groin) is out indefinitely. Forward Brandan Wright (10/5, left shoulder surgery) is expected to miss 4-6 months.
