i was leaning on philly +6 as well. They've been playing the last few games pretty tough. I'm also liking dallas 1st quarter. Dallas scores 26ish (they have got to 35 twice in the last 5) at the minimum and nj scores 23ish on average the last few games.

When I'm betting a dog with a decent spread, and I have a strong lean towards a SU win, I split the bet between the spread & ML (at a fraction proportional to the size of the spread/ML). You still profit on the SU loss / ATS win that way, but when the dog wins outright, you still have the satisfaction of hitting the ML too.

I don't know if it's the most efficient method, but I'd rather take a ATS win / SU loss for a small profit than kick myself for missing out on the ML win.

Nice card bro, my balls are too small to take Phoenix after last night I want to, I know those guys want to take it o Shaq for ruining their team, but I just got to stick to my close guns after last night just used poor MM but I do that 3-4 times through out the regular season, hell I've already done it 3 or 4 times this season but it worked every time except last night cause I got greedy and foolish and took 1st Q bets like a jerkoff no more 1st Q's, this is usually the time of year I stop betting them anyway. Depending on how my first plays go I may be joining you on your Sac play, I have hit them up a few times this year and they were good to me everytime except the Bulls game. I do also. Its the smart way to bet. Although, many times I have no appetite for Dog ML bets. I'd rather just get all my money on a side that I feel has a strong chance of winning. Money Mis-Management has killed me in my CBB bets. I'm down $1,400, and was down $1,900 Saturday. Believe it or not I did all that damage in one day. So we all struggle with Mo.Man when we feel we can win big. I stya away from exotic bets like the ones you talk about for those exact reasons. I like to bet once, and lose once.

Public likes Boston cause it's one of the appealing teams nationally. I think there are a few teams in the league that the public will favor, blindly. Boston, Cleveland, Lakers, Magic are the main ones. Not sure I would read into the public in this case. Boston should handle them, especially with Manu being gimped a little still.
