I think Phoenix wins straight up. Their the best team in the NBA period! The Lakers bench is trash period. Phoenix has a better offense. And all the sharps know -8 is sometimes a trick line the underdog wins straight up. Back to back games mean NOTHING to Phoenix. And Gasol is questionable...

LOL, record means very little 9 games into the season. The Suns have won against cupcake teams with the exception of Boston who they played in the worst spot possible for Boston. Orlando mopped the floor with the Suns, and Orlando hasn't proven to be very good yet.

Lakers is the play here public is going to pound the Suns and the oddsmakers know it. Phoenix is a good team, but they have the same problem they have had for the last 5 years. The team can not play defense and a team that can lock down and play defense will beat them. That team is going to be the Lakers tonight and you don't have to worry as much about the back door cover as you normally would since the Lakers will keep up the intensity knowing that the Suns offense can go off at any moment.

Ya well we will see when the suns put up 100+ for their 10th straight game!! The lakers haven't exactly been amazing ATS this year, also it's not like the lakers have the best D in the world or anything, they are ranked 12th in the league at home on D. Only a sheep would bet the Lakers tonight!

Seems both sides of this proverbial coin flip make good points. I would like to throw out the 'Sure' bet for tonight.
Take the SUNS to cover the 1st half. Goes against popular thinking when a team is playing back2back. But based on their heavy handed effort against the Hornets, their starters are well rested, and should in fact come out in sync and rhythm. Im leaning on a LA win ATS, but probably down after 2 quarters. I have the SUNS at 4.5+. Hope you do too

Lol, the suns are not the best team. They don't have a better offense. Triangle > Run and Gun. Gasol will be out till December from a hamstring injury. At the end of the day, the Lakers will win the championship and the Suns will get knocked out by Denver or the Spurs in the playoffs.
