This ones a beauty. 3/27/09 Grizz vs Sac. Sac was -3, didn't end up playing the game at the beginning but was bored and nothing else was on. I tuned in and watched the second quarter. By the half time the Grizz were leading by 22 points. I bought Sac at -6.5 for the second half expecting them to save some face against the Grizz reserves. Basically as long as they lost by 15.5 or better I would win. Sac came back and answered right away in the third cutting the lead by 7. They did well into the fourth, but in the last 50 seconds Memphis outscored them 7-2 to win by 18. The last shot was what really killed me though. The Grizz had a 15 point lead and the ball with 16 seconds left and lazily dribbled the ball up the court. Darius Miles stood back and let time wind down, then quite suddenly took two quick steps past Beno Udrih who was reaching out to shake his hand and hucked a lazy 26 footer up exactly at the buzzer. The basket counted and the Grizz won by 18. There went the bet and nearly the TV i was watching the game on. Here is the last 50 seconds of the game.
0:50 Marko Jaric makes 19-foot jumper 108-93
0:42 108-93 Bobby Jackson misses three point jumper
0:24 Hamed Haddadi makes 13-foot two point shot 110-93
0:16 110-95 Spencer Hawes makes layup
0:16 Hamed Haddadi illegal defense 110-95
0:00 Darius Miles makes 26-foot three point jumper 113-95
0:00 End of the 4th Quarter
0:00 End Game

Why is he shooting a three here up by 15???
Watching this game it felt like it was going in slow motion at the end. I just couldn't believe that the guy would do that at the buzzer when his team was already winning by that much...
