Is it just me or does anyone one think this game was rigged? maybe because i had 600 bucks on Dallas to cover the +4 spread but the way this game went down in the final seconds seems to me that dallas blew this game on purpose.
this game might be the worst and most awkward game of this season so far.....dallas is up 3 points with possesion of ball with 30 sec. to go and chris paul gets called for offensive foul and no only does dallas miss the 2 free throws from the foul but they miss the technical foul called on chris paul for arguing about his foul.....all dallas needed was 1 out of those 3 freethrows to win! but they miss all 3 and let their bench player who should be starting, peja make a 3 pointer to tie game. I am not done......Than Dallas throws the ball away and doesnt defend chris paul on the shot at half court to prevent paul from hitting a buzzer winning shot. DOES ANYONE THINK THIS GAME WAS RIGGED???

it makes no sense how this game ended......what are the chances a team who is 26 for 33 from the free throws miss all 3 freethrows and then throw the ball away with 6 sec. to go in the game to win the game with a tied score....not only that but not hit a single field goal in overtime.

I was on the second half under 94, so I was liking the missed free throws. The Hornet points at the end took the second half total over and then the game goes into OT, where Dallas loses. It was at least a crazy finish, if not a thrown one.

there was no final shot...read my first post! dallas was up 3 with 22 sec. left in 4th quarter.....hornets ball and chris paul is called for offensive foul against dallas gaurd berea. So while berea is about to shoot the free throws they call technical foul on paul for arguing and cursing at the ref that the offensive foul was not a foul and that it was a flop by mavs point gaurd berea. So berea ends up missing the techincal foul free throw and then both free throws from the foul commited by chris paul. So hornets get ball back and peja hits 3 pointer and now its 97-97 and dallas has ball with 6 sec. left. Jason kidd throws pass to david west over left post side of court and paul gets the ball from david west and has the ball at half court with 2 sec. left and chucks up running 3 pointer and misses...overtime occurs and mavs miss everything except 2 threepointers by jason terry when they r down 6 and 7 points after fouling ...and lose by 7.... = RIGGED GAME!

Can't say it was rigged...not like they totally bricked those ft's. Just a bad and improbable beat....Mavs were playing defense in the 4th. If they were fixing the game they would have fouled a lot more and given up easy shots at the other end.

you are correct..i do fade the public in most bets...but this game didn't seem like a game where I should fade the public. Mavericks are a much better team and the hornets have everything going against them. Bad coaching, horrible play setups, horrible record, horrible spread record, peja is coming off the bench, nowitzki, terry and marion and kidd are sooo much better than pual, west, and okafor! cmon dude...no way you took hornets -4 in this game....laying 4 points on a team that can barely beat the kings and lose to the knicks????

These bad beats are making me sick. I had the mavericks moneyline and thought this game was over when I heard 2 free throws and a tech. Missed 3 in a row and allow a 3 pointer. The NBA where amazing happens.

Well said, I'm also sure a lot of people who took the Hornets looked at that line and saw Dallas at +4 as the linemakers asking for action. They sided with the books and got there, lucky or not, but doubtful it was rigged.

It sure looked fishy but it was just bad Mav play. They are usually the best FT shooting team in the league and they choke down the stretch. Then they let Peja put up an awkard, off balance 3. Why not foul before the shot and let them get 2 free throws. The Lakers did the same shit. You can't give up a 3 in that spot. It's stupid play. Foul and only give up 2 for the win. That was a bad beat for Dallas as a team, especially with Dampier playing out of his mind but even worse for Dallas Backers. I was going to bet big on this game but got in late on the line. One time it worked in my favor. That was a bad beat.

THESE EXCUSES FOR WHY MY REASONS FOR THIS GAME BEING RIGGED MAKE NO SENSE!

4 key points how this game was rigged:

1) up 3 points with 3 free throws and all 3 miss when the player has made 3 for 3 during game and the team is 26/33 prior to them
2) up 3 points and no one defends the guy who everyone knows is getting the ball to shoot the 3....peja!!! no one gaurded him!!!..he was wide open!!! they double teamed David West?????? the guy cant shoot anythign outside of 15 feet! and even if they give him a shot there down 3 !!!!
3) jason kidd throws the ball away with a tie game when all he has to do is pull up a shot or pass to terry or dampier on the top of the 3point arch next to him..he instead throws it into double coverage with 4 sec to go....WHO PASSES THE BALL WITH 4 SEC. LEFT IN GAME WHEN TIE GAME TO WIN THE GAME????
4) in overtime dallas had no DEFENSE! they let chris paul shoot everything and let brown take uncontested shots on the side! it wasnt being allowed throughout the entire game!!

Playing in B2B nights against a rested team...I don't look at things the same way as you apparently. It took a huge amount of emotional energy for that comeback last night...whether you agree that it wears on a player or not I'll continue to do what I do and you do what you do. I had New Orleans on the money line and switched it off with 30 seconds to go. Couldnt believe when I found out later they won. Didnt see the end but wow they really blew this one. A badbeat for a Mav backer and I guess a good one for a Hornet backer. One thing that is certain...
