I would like to thank those of you for sharing your opinion on the Phoenix/Indiana game 2 in the previous thread. Next we're on to game 3, which will be played at Indiana. Now, any thoughts on this game?

I'm taking Ind in the 1st quarter for sure.
Since 2007, Indiana is 6-1-1 against Phx in the 1st quarter. Since they have been a 1Q dog all series, I'm gonna bet on their side. Ind wins the 1st, Phx wins the 2nd, Ind wins the 3rd, and Phx wins the 4th. 22-7-3 SU since 2007, if you bet that way. Since Ind has been the underdog in every quarter this series, I'll bet them in the 1st quarter tonight. If that goes well, I'll be them again in the 3rd. I would expect Phx to win the 2nd and 4th but not confident enough for them to cover.

I also think Phoenix will get a good jump on Indiana in the first quarter like Indiana did in game 2. So I think Phoenix wins the 1st quarter.

I expect the line to open up at Indiana -3, this will attract equal money on both sides.
The over/under should be around 175.

Yeah, I had the -3 right. The only reason the total is this high is because of that last game in Indiana that Phoenix won which went way over. But I think the play is Phoenix +8 (or better, I think it will go to 3.5) and the over 174 in a 2 team/5 point teaser.

Phoenix messed up by losing game 3. I was going to pound Indiana hard game 4. My lean is Phoenix to win game 4 but I wouldn't trust them, Indiana being at home. And if it goes to game 5 that game is up for grabs. So I'm most likely done with the WNBA unless I see a good 2nd half play. It has been a good season and can't wait until next season.
