    Bwin said I lost the bet, I won, what now?

    Hey,

    I bet on Duncan to score over 16.5 points and he scored 18 (according to NBA's site). However, bwin stated the bet as lost, has this ever happened to anyone and when they find out they will surely fix it right?

    file a complaint with sbr, it might speed up the process. bwin cs is usually very slow. good luck!

    A complaint shouldn't be necessary for a simple grading error like this.

    Do they have live chat? Just chat them or send them an email they should correct it pretty quickly.

    How about trying to contact them before launching a nuke on them with a complaint? My guess is we aren't talking a whole lot of money if it's a prop. Most places have low limits on those things.

    they might not fix automatically.

    you should send them the email with link to official site stating bet result (i.e. nba.com). they will probably not investigate themselves, but ask u to do it for them.
    before doing that, double-check if you didnt un-awaringly bet on sth else (i.e. o18 in one half).

    wait for their reply, it should be satisfactiory.
