Default Mavs/Spurs Game 2 Spread
Okay, so the Mavs/Spurs Gm 1 spread is sitting at Spurs -4, and the game hasn't even started yet.

TheGreek has posted a line for Gm 2 of Spurs -11.5

This strikes me as oddly high considering the Gm 2 lines for other series are Celtics -8, Cavs -11. Why would the Spurs be favoured by so much in Game 2? Is Duncan being ruled out already??
