Instead of making threads everyday, I'm going to try my hand at a tracking thread and see how I do. NBA capping is ridiculously unpredictable and frustrating, but I'm going to try my best.

Chicago -9 (Chicago wants to pound someone into the dirt after that rough loss yesterday at Miami. Washington seems like the perfect victim to receive a beating from an angry Bulls team.
Portland EV (Jazz have been playing very good basketball but I believe Portland is a much more dangerous come the playoffs. Portland will make a statement tonight that they are a notch above the Jazz and deserve recognition as a very dangerous Western Conference foe)
Thunder/Clippers Over 100 (This game has high scoring written all over it. Two very high powered offenses. Who knows, the game could even go to overtime and we can see the game go way over).
Memphis -5 1/2 (Spurs are dead after an overtime loss at Dallas last night. A fresher Memphis team will take advantage of this and bury an old Spurs team without Manu.
Minnesota +6 1/2 (Rockets have been red hot at home but I see this as being a letdown game for Houston. Timberwolves show flashes of a very good team and tonight I think they show up and put up a very formidable performance.)

Memphis is SHITTING the bed right now.
Hoping Bulls pull away in the 4th and Wolves stay close.
Bulls cover by one point. That would have been a brutal beat.
Wolves get a big win on the road. Should have taken the ML but I'm satisfied nonetheless.
As I mentioned, Memphis shit the bed.
Portland and Utah in a nailbiter. Hoping Blazers can pull this off. I'm liking the Clips/Thunder to go over.
I may go 4-1 tonight but 3-2 would be good too.

Clippers -3: I live picking road faves in the right spots, and I LOVE the Clips in this spot. They've really seemed to hit their stride with that huge statement win against the Thunder on Sunday. I think they pound on a Jazz team that is coming off a big win against Portland and may not be mentally prepared to face one of the class acts of the Western Conference.

Miami -6 1/2:
This line looks "too easy". Miami are an inconsistent team that doesn't seem to show up to some games (e.g. their home loss to the Bucks). Tonight, I think they will be seeking some revenge. Bogut, a major focal point in their win last time around, will be out. I think Bosh has a big game down low, and they cruise to a double digit win. Bucks have been playing well at home and in general, so this may be the perfect spot for a letdown game.

No one gives the Knicks respect, and rightfully so. They've been playing very inconsistently. But +3.5? This seems like an unbelievably fishy line. Does the books know something we don't? Knicks may surprise us. The public is extremely heavy on the Bulls. Let's give the Knicks a shot here.
