Kicking Off An NBA System: Week 1
Tested it out last week on all of the games, it went 27-21 ATS in it's first week. I'll be posting my personal plays in this thread, I'm going to be a bit more selective and see if I can improve upon that. Here's what I have tonight:
76ers -2.5
Jazz -7.5
Teaser: Clippers +8, Jazz -2.5

Whats the system? Sorry if its posted somewhere else, just interested.
Me myself don't really know, just if you followed him in the NFL (look at record) you made yourself money! Kroy isn't pushing anything, tells you upfront, there are no guarantees! As he posted, hopefully this system will work for the NBA!Originally Posted by Jshap1515

it basically works the same as my NFL one, focusing on key stats from games past. i don't advise anyone to look at my NFL record and think that warrants tailing this until it proves itself, basketball has proven to be a completely different game than football since i've found scoring to be much more unpredictable than in football. it seems like teams/players are a lot streakier. hopefully i can narrow down the selections well and produce mostly winners, but last week when i tracked all of its plays it was very streaky, a few winning days and a few losing ones. however, assuming the same units were bet on each, still a profitable week. consider this the testing phase right now guys, hopefully it leads to something good
removing clippers +3 as a play, keeping the teaser though

yeah i do, these plays i'm posting are the ones that the system shows value in that i'm willing to bet, i tend to be a bit on the conservative side because of this. that's why i cancelled the clippers play, the game hadn't started yet and with the 76ers loss and the jazz looking good i decided the clippers play wasn't worth making since i already had a version of it involved in my teaser. you won't see me cancel plays often, i'll be locking stuff in in the afternoon for the most part from here on out except for my busy days.
looks like i should have kept the clippers as a play after all! no problem though, i'll take a winning day. I'm not going to include teasers in my overall record, but i'll track them separately. i'll post tomorrow's plays late tonight or tomorrow afternoon.

Tuesday Plays:
Timberwolves +6.5
Pistons +4
Cavaliers -15
Teasers:
Cavaliers -10, Suns -2

alright plays have been updated, hopefully we have a profitable night in store for us
Pistons play was a dud, I shoulda known better. Tough luck with the Cavs push, and the Twolves blew it as well. We've had a few bad breaks so far leaving my record pretty disappointing, but it's early. Luckily my teasers are doing well. Cya all tomorrow.

Looking to get my straight wagers back above .500, I see no reason why my teasers shouldn't continue to do well. I'm wishing I had gotten to this a little sooner, I would to have loved to have gotten a few of these lines sooner. Here's what I've got for tonight:
Bulls +2
Celtics -10
Timberwolves +7.5
Pistons +9
Magic -2.5
Teasers:
Celtics -5, Pistons +14
76ers +.5, Trailblazers +6.5

this thread is dead until further notice... i need to learn to narrow down these plays a bit better. overall it has been 15-10 ATS since i started this thread, so i'm doing an awful job of weeding out the losers. i'll be back in a week or so
