32 Person Tourney Roster....Rules
This will start the week after the All Star Break. I will randomly choose 2 names and they will play. There will be 16 matches in the 1sr round. Each match will last I think 1 or 2 weeks. In that time, each players will choose 25 games. If 1 week, then 12. The best record after 25 games is the winner of that match. If a player doesn't choose 25 games or whatever the amount is, they automatically lose.
In the Event of a Tiebreaker...The person with the better record for the second week will win. If we need a second tiebreaker, then the 2 people will choose all games the next set of games. If there are 5 games, both players will choose all 5 spreads and all 5 O/U. Best record for that day will win.
I will have a thread for each match-up in the 1st round, 2nd round, 3rd round, etc. In that thread, you will post all your plays for the weeks here. I will make the thread and everyday, will post the lines, results from yesterday, and the current standings in that match. All games must be chosen before the 1st tip off. If you choose a game after the 1st tip off and post a pick, it must be before that game starts, but after you post your plays for the day, you cannot add or subtract any after the 1st tip off. Also, you cannot EDIT your final plays post.
32 people = 16 1st round matches.
16 winners move on to the second round and obv. = 8 matches.
8 to 4......4 to 2.....2 to WINNER.
Once you lose, you're out and can now watch. This is strictly for fun. If you want to bet on a match, you must do it b/t your opponent. There's no entree fee for the tourney.
The main goal is for winning obv. We are all posting picks and handicapping games to win money, this is just for fun and seeing who can do it the best.
