Had a dispute over a ungraded bet that there system messed up on and placed twice. It told me originally that my ticket had been cancelled so when I placed it again I was shocked to see it had gone through twice now. When I chatted over live-help there didnt help me at all. Then when I called in the manager was waiting for me and yelled at me over the phone. When I asked to speak to someone else she said THERE WAS NOBODY ELSE. When I asked her for her superiors name she wouldnt give it to me. And when I asked her when another manager would be on she said she didn't know. I said you probably know when your off and then would know when someone else would be starting there shift. She said I would just have to wait and see. The best solution she said was to send her an email at info@5dimes.com ......Is this the place you want your money? I thought so. Never had a problem before. But from now on I will stick with BetJam.
