Yup once again Jimmie has a fast ride, but so does Gordon. I like Gordon better just because of his past performances at Indy. Its really a toss up cause Jimmie has proven more this year. However getting 8-1 on Jeff vs. 6-1 on Jimmie made the difference for me.
I also would like to add, It is still a great time to take Jimmie at 7-1 on the Sprint Cup Championship. He has a great car every week for the last 5 or 6 races. Kyle is 3-2 and rightfully so since the wins he has had this year will make a big difference when the chase starts, He may have a couple of mulligans. I do think if anyone is going to make a run on him its going to be Jimmie. The one I dont understand is Jr. 4-1 to win the Cup, This is rediculous in my opinion. Actually I just checked Jimmie on Bodog and he is +850 to win the cup there... Last edited by Big_Cheese; 07-25-2008 at 08:04 PM.. |

Kyle has an average finish of 7th here at Indy the best Ive seen all year. He has been winning at tracks this year he has been terrible at in the past. This is the reason for the 4 star wager. You would think after all he has proven this year his odds wouldnt still be listed at 6-1, but hey whatever Im on it as long as they list it.

Jimmie Johnson +525 (2*) TG
He found something that last Practice run. Posting 2mph over the 2nd fastest car. I hate to pick 4 Drivers here, it really shortens the Profit window, but I feel there a few drivers that have a good chance here. In Order... Gordon +1000, Jimmie +525, Kyle +600 and Tony +850... |

Man this week got turned around. I did not realize they implemented the lesser horsepower on the Toyotas this week. Kyle is the only one of that make winning races, Nascars rules abjustments make no sense to me. Since I wagered early which I hardly ever do, Im stuck with two Toyotas that have 15 less horsepower. You better believe this makes a difference, especially at a track like Indy. Im gonna go on and say Gordon and Jimmie have a 75% chance to win tomorrow. My Betting card is so messed up this week, however I am dedicated to these 4 drivers. Im going to load up on Jimmie almost matching Kyles amount. Nascar needs to stop changing rules in the middle of the season. 3.5 Units total on Jimmie Johnson !!!
Here are my final picks and amounts: Kyle Busch +600 (4*) Jimmie Johnson +525 (3.5*) Jeff Gordon +1000 (2*) Tony Stewart +850 (1*) |

This is good to hear, I heard Kyle say that the lack of horsepower cost him the pole. I figured he was speaking of the Sprint cup. I heard somewhere along the way that it would go into effect Tues. Well I feel a whole lot better about my win tickets now. |

pardon my french but this race ****en sucks big time, GOOD YEAR can suck a big one, no one has an edge at winning this race except NASCAR since they are raking in the money on ticket sales for a race that has to be stoped every 8 laps to change tires that are pieces of chit. **** a Goodyear and **** a NASCAR for letting this race take place. Good year has no excuses this track just didn't appear over night why couldn't they do some tests or make a better tire
