minorities in nascar

this is one sport i don't see any minorities involved in. i guess that there aren't any minorities interested being associated with this sport.

There are a few in the lower ranks. ESPN did a report on this a few months ago.

the only reason i even brought this subject up. was because some congressman just purposed a bill about this subject.
