Thoughts on JJ being favored to win the championship again? I think he's got it in him..Kept Chad as crew chief...Is he mean enough with the new rule changes and all??

I like Kyle and he's no doubt a threat but who knows with this sport..I like JJ chances..not to the point where I put money on it..

Don't count out Hamlin. Great driver, great team, been knocking on the door. One side note, JJ's wife is with child and due in July. Maybe he will have a small loss of what ever it is the makes him so great.

There is no reason for the #48 not to be favored until somebody else steps up and shows the same consistency and tenacity in the chase as JJ.

Ive followed JJ every since Rick and Jeff brought him in from Busch series..Everyone was doubting their decision of the basis of he was not proven in Busch, not a ton of wins etc. So I will say that its been quite the show watching him dominate like he has..Also knowing his reign cannot continue forever..I would however like to see him win this last year in a row maybe give the crown to someone else for a year or so..

I know. But he couldn't win 4 in a row---then he did. Because of how absolutely incredible this guy is in the chase, I think it's likely to become 5.

These drivers have to start putting the Hendrick guys into the wall. Rough them up, because none of them have the guts to retailate if they are nailed over and over again. Now that NASCAR has decided to let them race, and not protect the Hendricks boys, the first thing I do is put Jimmy in the wall at Daytona and send a message.

Kyle is the only driver who is aggressive enough to do it, though Stewart used to be that way, and needs to get some of that aggressiveness back. I do not see the Roush boys doing much this year. The Fords seem to be a step behind. Hamlin simply does not have it upstairs. He is not a good enough driver to win it all. He only does well when his car is set up properly. He does not have the ability to make something out of nothing. Junior is a complete and total phony. He has never been a good driver, and is only as good as his equipment is. He can only drive one way. That is high on the track. If not for his father, he would be a Nationwide driver at best.

JJ is my favourite driver but it will be hard to win 5 in a row. A couple of years ago Kyle Busch was so dominant winning races and contending every week but when it got down to chase time he did absolutely nothing. The final ten races is all about getting good finishes and winning races.

I'm looking at the odds for drivers to win the championship this year, JJ is +245 and Kyle Busch is +800, hardly any value in either of those drivers.

I like Kurt Busch to win it all this year, lots of value currently getting +1600. This team performed pretty well in the latter part of last year and look for this team to get off to a good start this year. I also like him to win the daytona 500.

Any thoughts?
