Because the Ferrari is a shitty car this year. Some upgrades this weekend, but still not a race winning car at this stage.

We've been waiting for the major changes needed until this race for ages. I might put some points on Alonso at that price just in case. Heads will roll if they don't at least compete for a podium I'd say.
