Anybody know of any good CFL cappers?

I switched out the bulbs in my dining room light to dimmable CFL's, They look nice and work fine, until I put the dimmer switch on the lowest setting. When it's on the lowest setting, the lights flicker and flash- almost like lights in a nightclub.
