    I realize this is the football section of this forum but I have a golf question which doesn't have its own section.

    Tiger Woods to win a golf tournament in 2010:

    YES

    NO

    What do you all think a fair line would be for this with the stipulation that the wager has action regardless of whether or not he plays in a golf tournament this year.

    If he doesn't tee up in any tournament, then the NO is the winner.
