Raiders are terrible though capable of an upset & nobody has a clue what to expect from the troubled Knights. They should win at home though and have a solid game without Boyd. Meanwhile a small edge to the under makes it worth 1/2 a unit.

A lot of you guys were on the Warriors/Panthers over tonight, nice work. Public got buried smashing the under, and so did a few "sharps" as well. It was pouring all day & I laid off this game. No regrets, was going to take the Panthers, thought they were headed for the upset but they couldn't do it.

The rain looks like continuing & it's going to make Origin 2 impossible to predict, so I'll have one or two small action plays at the most.

Sandow tried hard but couldn't produce the goods against his old club & Souths won 24-6. That try-saving tackle by Reynolds was the best I've seen all year. Had that gotten over the line it may have given the total a chance. That's how it goes.

One play lined up for Sunday. If this doesn't hit I'll be walking away from the NRL, as it would take me below $1k for the season. Too many guys on SBR get themselves up a good number of units only to lose most of their profits with a losing streak and I want to avoid that fate.

These two bottom dwellers should play a close one. However if a blowout would occur, I think it would be a repeat of the 39-6 thrashing by the Panthers in Rd 4.

Cowboys sailed over the line, smashing the Raiders 40-18. Wasn't expecting this to be such a high scoring game hence the small play.

Meanwhile today we saw the books setting high totals again:

BULLDOGS/STORM: 41.5
SEA EAGLES/ROOSTERS: 42.5

Most likely they'll continue to do this next week.

After Origin 3, the NRL becomes a race to the post-season with teams desperate to make the top 8 or secure their places at the top. We also see teams giving up and getting flattened, others making cinderella runs while one or two bottom dwellers upset favourites in an effort to entice their disappointed fans/sponsors to come back next year. And on top of that one of the elite teams struggles and folds under pressure. So this stretch of the year can be challenging and wipe out your profits if you're not careful.
