Received the following note from the owner "Slick as They Come is prepared to make her return to the races this Thursday night in the sixth race at Charles Town. The fillies will be going 4 1/2 furlongs and she has the 10 post, which is the most favourable at that distance. She's listed at 6/1, probably because she's been away for seven months, but is likely to be shorter at post time. In that interim, her cracked shins have been completely healed and her breathing problems have been ameliorated. She's been working a treat and I expect a winning effort. After all, she's 2 for 5 even having had those afflictions, and this is the most modest field she's ever faced."
