Default anyone play the standardbreds @ the big M?

im not much of a thoroughbred man but rather prefer the trotters and pacers.
i keep an eye on them but dont wager heavily. the pick 4 at the meadowlands is my favorite play. the payoffs can get huge worth laying a few down every now and then.

didnt see too many harness track topics in this forum but figured id ask....

i may take a look into races 6-9 @ the meadowlands tonight. and if anyone else would too id appreciate your thoughts.

any insight would be much appreciated.

anyone got a link to free past performances for harness tracks?

I grew up only a few miles from the Big M, cecil. Have always liked the pacers and trotters.

I agree on the Pick 4 at the Big M - it's one of the best bets out there at the tracks these days.

damn, missed the pick 4 again by one race. (8/7/3/5) paid $465 tonight but ill admit to never seing the 8 in the 6th race. the 6(western shore) did hit the board though. if you hung tough and played the race 7 pick 3, it paid $68 if thats any consolation....

Yea the BigM is by far the best track in North America for Harness racing, Woodbine up in Toronto is 2nd, after that its a huge dropoff, most of the top tracks money wise and horse wise are on the east coast.. I was at Dover Downs last night in delaware and there purses and quality are good, but no where near what races at the Meadowlands..

I grew up near the Meadowlands and from about when i was 14 years old i would go to the track on fridays with my father, every week.. I spent 8 years working as a groom at philly park with the thoroughbreds, dont work close with the horses anymore, but i still bet pretty much all the time on the ponies, concentrate mostly on Philly and the Mlands, ill post some picks here see if i can give out a few winners..
