    California Chrome the Derby favorite ? HUH ?

    California Chrome is King of the below average horses.

    Midnight Hawk ? Kristo ? These horse are below average horses and Kristo in the Wood made that very clear.

    Wildcat Red the Hutcheson and FOY winner has only been beaten by my Derby pick Constitution but I can guarantee you California Chrome will never get by a tough horse like Wildcat Red. If Wildcat Red faced Midnight Hawk or Kristo he would beat them by 25. Competition matters and CC has seen very little and that won't help him when he shows up in Kentucky.

    I really wish you would stop touting Constitiution. I bet him back in Febuary at 75-1 to win the Derby. Dont you believe in gambling gods?

    Probably another Bellamy Road. He will need a good trip along with a slower pace to do it.
