Hey bg booth that ultimate selector has free tourneys everynight on his site which he has posted. Somedays he pays out money some days are for free. But all in all, they have fun there and gives you exoperience in playing handicapping tourneys. I played the other night and won $25 he pais me instanly through paypal after the tourney. howd you like that last night. pretty cool? i would have won if i didnt have my horses posted so some could copy burt it was for fun thats where byou learn something by watching tournament play. when there is money involved, never put your picks up early until the last moment. people will not handicap and copy yours sometimes. just a lesson to be learned in the contest game. hope you had fun and try it again. everyone had great time but i wont be around live tuesday night cause my kids are taking me out to dinner for my birthday but ill post my picks on his tourney early

This experiment "BGboothA is Horsing around" is only in its third day here on SBR. I am tracking it throughout the rest of the year to see how it goes. Start of a new year = start of a new experiment. Thus far I am up a nice $66 during the first two days of the campaign.

Alright, I don't have access to the forum from the workplace (its my planning period) so I am going to post a few picks for Turf Paradise this afternoon.

For tracking purposes each race is a $10 bet unless otherwise noted in green. I will bet a $2 win/place on the lead horse along with an $2 exacta wheel keying the lead horse. So for instance the 8th race at Turf Paradise this afternoon I am keying the 8 horse Darl'sGem. I will make a $2 win/place bet that totals $4. I will also make an exacta wheel bet keying the 8 horse with horses 5-7-4 at $2 each so a total of $6 bets. Totaling $10 risk on each race.

This will be the format for all of my posts here on SBR unless otherwise noted. For instance during the 9th race I will still make a $10 bet, however it will be used on the WP only focusing on the 5 horse Incommandcat. Resulting in a $5 Win/Place bet or a total of a $10 bet. The other races where noted, will bet the same, each race will still result in a $10 bet. So the two exacta box only's will be $5 exacta boxes resulting in a total of $10 bet for that race. Results will follow everyday in the thread here on SBR. I will hopefully not be doing most of this via the blog, but for the time being this is the only way I can access the account here on SBR, and get a time stamp on my picks.

The $ signs in front of a race signify that I will key those horses in a pick 3 or pick 4. Those are the races in which I feel you could single a horse and feel confident with the single.

Alright Lets see how day three went.

Race #1 = No Bet, I didn't like any real horse here, although ironically the four horses listed were the superfecta, just not in the right order.
Race #2 = -10.00, Louder finished third out of my money.
Race #3 = -6.80 got a 3.20 return on a place for 5 horse Bocalli.
Race #4 = -4.00 I only played the exacta box here and it missed.
Race #5 = +20.40 = $5.60 paid on the W/P, along with an OK $14.80 paid on the exacta.
Race #6 = -10.00 Missed another one with the 1 horse coming in 4th.
Race #7 = -4.00 Missed the exact here with the 1 horse sneaking into place.
Race #8 = +37.60 = $6.60 paid on the W/P, along with a nice $31.00 paid on the Exacta.
Race #9 = +6.60 paid on the W/P, ironically I would have hit the exacta worth $19.60 had I played the exacta wheel this race.

Race #6 = 10 Taco D'orro w/ 4-2-5 (-$10.00) Rinse and repeat, had the exacta but in the wrong order again.
Race #7 = 2 DailyStar w/ 6-7-2 (+$62.30) Alright here we go, Daily Star came through with a nice $16.10 Win/Place and the exacta paid a real nice $46.20. Not to mention I hit the trifecta and realized I typoed the two with the two so I had the 9 in my exacta wheel to. Would have been a nice $87.50 trifecta had I played it.
Race #8 = 5 EmbraceChange w/ 6-1a-4 (-$4.00) Again we got the win but no love in the exacta.
Race #9 = 8 Sheria w/ 9-6-1 (+$25.40) Another decent win, Sheria hit the W/P for $8.20 and the Exacta paid a decent $17.20.

Not bad, a +$33.50 day at Aqueduct. I will take it everytime.

Race #4 = 3-9-1-13 (NO PLAY) ($0.00) Well its too bad I didn't play this one, my top horse won a nice $27.70 W/P and the Exacta would have paid 83.20.

Race #1 = 5 Gittiupgo w/ 8,5,9 (-$5.00) We got the cheap win/place but no exacta finish.
Race #2 = 3 Anna'sGlory w/ 4-5-1 (+1.40) Another winner, but another missed exacta, atleast this win/place covered the exacta bet.
Race #3 = 8 Ardennen w/ 6-1-7 (-$5.20) Seems to be the theme tonight, another strong winner and another missing exacta connection.
Race #4 = 10 SouthernVintage w/ 1-5-4 (-$10.00) Well this was my favorite race of the night,the 10 was not really a factor, but the longshot 5 came in to complete a nice $335 pick 4 for me.
Race #5 = 10 Logic w/ 9-8-7 (-$10.00) Well the 10 finished 4th, but doesn't do me any good.
Race #6 = 8 Capesable w/ 1-3-5 (-$10.00) Yet again a 4th place finish for my key horse.
Race #7 = 4 Alltime w/ 1-6-2 (+$33.60) The 4 horse won, and the 2 completed a decent $25 exacta.
Race #8 = 7 Rockittown w/ 8-2-4 (-$10.00) The 7 was a nonfactor.
Race #9 = 6 LooseFlyer w/ 4-9-8 (-$10.00) Dang another 4th place finish for the key horse.
Race #10 = 8 JaminBaby w/ 9-4-7 (-$10.00) Another non-factor with the 8 horse.
