It's Cox Plate time again on the lead up to the Melbourne Cup. Have the following bets all for $20 each.

Race 5 - Carrara
Race 6 - Light Fantastic
Race 7 - Hissing Sid

Haha whoops, I have all my races throughout the year in a spreadsheet and copied the wrong day's batch across!
Here we are... value/double bet is on race 3.

Load up on Heart of Dreams at 5/1 each way...he'll turn the tables on the favourite with a good run in transit from a good gate around a tight cicuit.

There's one blue dog in the litter (34kg) that has been named already...Lansvale Spark...not sure if this is yours. Like the breeding. Collision throws a lot of good hard chasers and the I remember the brood bitch - she was city class and used to be fast out of traps and lead in most of her races. Like your prospects. Good to hear he has been trialling well for you. If he doesn't work out up your way pm me. I live in Tas and know all the top trainers. Can always get him placed for you. I've owned about 30 dogs over the years. Both good and bad. Overall have probably ended up in the black. Taking a break at present.

the owner of dana jenny is SANDRO BECHINI, he owns the lansvale spark dog, and mine is a litter sister to his, he rang me last week and said he was told by his trainer (paul cherry) mine is the fastest in the litter, (at presesnt is beating a 5 time dapto-nowra winner in trials) so all is looking good at the moment, just need to sort out its box manners. and get her running a strong 500, tonight it ran a hand slip over 400 and finished off well, will keep the tassie thing in mind,
got the breeding to be a champ and hopefully some breeding after racing if she keeps up her good work.
u no a horse down ur way named sorbeaux??? pronounced sorbo...

Can't say I do ... just looked it up and I see it comes from up your way orignally...one of your old cast offs(?)...Trinder trains ... it's been racing in devonport but spelling since May...don't really follow that track...banned myself years back as tight circuit/leaders track/don't run true to form

i use to work for his old trainer, COLBEY HILL (moruya) horse with plenty of ability but no heart, the new trainer had it running over hurdles and training it for KMs every morning, came out and won its 1st start down there and then the kids fell in love with it, so he was gonna retire it so they could ride him round the back yard.... lol didnt follow him after his 1st win down there.

well my calculations say i ended up on $590 and u where $447?? thats using NSW TAB,
let us no if i made a mistake,
i only watched the last 2 races, damn i came a few places, dunno how close they where to winning.
