I used to play these Twin Spires type promotions from american online OTB's all the time where you deposited $100 and played it and they gave you $100 free to do whatever you wanted with it.The terms and playthough used to be very liberal.They started tightening up conditions just a bit.There has to be some new startup OTB's that are giving these offers again.Does anyone have a list of them?
