Purse $250,000. For Three-Year-Olds And Upward. Nominations with Runners by Invitation Only. By free subscription, with no entry or starting fees, with a guaranteed purse of $250,000. After payment of 1% to all owners of horses finishing 7th through last, 60% of the remaining purse shall be paid to the owner of the winner, 20%to second, 10% to third, 5%to fourth, 3% to fifth and 2% to sixth. All nominees will be weighted by June 10, 2009. A representative field of those weighted, will be invited to participate. Charles Town Races reserves the right to assign or reassign weight to any horse after the release of weights. High weights preferred. Entries by the usual time of closing. Trophy to the winning owner, trainer and jockey. Field limited to ten starters with four on the alternates list. Starters named through the entry box by the usual time of closing. Nominations Close June 6, 2009. Four And One Half Furlongs.
