A good handicapping resource to use for Keeneland is on the Keeneland website. It's called Track Trends written by Jeremy Plonk. He gives analysis based on results from the past for a specific race. Check it out.

Yes indeed, that Plonk article is well worth a read.

Don't forget to get your plays in on the Play Keeneland app on facebook.

Race 1--Seems like W Ward wins all of these and he says that the only filly in this race Barisoff is his best 2 year old but I'm sure even if he scratches her and runs the other half of the entry Skylander its going to be tough to beat him.Besides those I'm going to be following the offspring of Street Boss all year.He should throw very fast 2 year olds and has one here in 5-Fire Your Boss.

Race 2--Every horse Leparoux(4-Red Maserati) is on at Keeneland is live and combined with a McPeek in here its probably another chalky race.My pick of the longshots is 2-Kowboy Kody at 15-1.

I guess there is no need to mention the favorites every race but over the past couple years Keeneland has played very chalky.I'll just throw out some bombs

    Race 3--9-Tapitforpar 15-1, 6-Sailors Pasttime 20-1

    Race 4--5-Breaking Promises 12-1

    Race 5--8-Shadow Warrior 30-1

    Race 6--3-Gleaning 10-1

    Race 7--10-Run For Love 12-1

    Race 8--1-Nicanor 15-1

    Race 9--(none)

Race 10--9-Let The Kitten Purr 10-1

Hi everyone. Are the Ed Bain 4+30s as important as the automatics?

Horses go in and out of form so that is the question to ask.Is the horse coming into form or fading out of form.
Until the trainers and jockeys start carrying the horse on their backs and running I think you are going the wrong way when you start to put trainer angles before the horse running the race.Besides if a trainer is hitting at 40% or 30% at whatever category that isn't likely to go unnoticed by the public.Where a horse running slower figures but gradually improving in form will be a gem once he/she fires their best race.

Have to agree with Mikemca. The trainer angle can be important, but the form of the runner and who is likely to progress is the most important factor imo.
