Just as a heads up..I have been monitoring another trend to the system I currently use which allows for an underdog moneyline play in very select certain scenarios. I am going to go back thru all the daily games STD and re-apply to each day. It is preliminary but I feel that this will only affect appx. 3-5 games at the most for the STD so far. Once completed I will re post the STD teams and update all numbers. Again, this is only going to affect a few games so the financial numbers and the win/loss will only be slightly adjusted. I will also highlight the new selections so that anyone can view the dates, games, w/l , and average odds changes made. So far, by far the biggest change I have made is allowing for moneyline favorites. So now, with the new minimal update, there will be opportunities for : 1. Puckline plays(preferred when the opportunity exists), 2. Underdog Moneyline plays, and 3. Moneyline favorite plays. In very extreme cases there will be a +1.5 play. I expect that the ratios will come close to something like this by seasons end:
Puckline-Appx. 20%, Moneyline favorites-Appx. 70%, Moneyline underdogs-Appx. 7%, +1.5 -Appx. 3%
My ongoing underlying goals in all of this is to #1. Remain profitable, and #2. Always maintain a STD average odds of above +100.......thus the name "Plus+Lines".

Atakdog- I reviewed the thread you made reference to with the contest. The isssue is that all of my wagers are always $100 and always a flat bet. That is the system I use and really see no need to change since it is financially doing very well. I will never EVER engage in a system that supports a "chase" type of system. With the fact that my wagers are always $100 it somewhat limits my ability to ever win contest. So, I ask myself... Why enter a contest that you know in advance you aren't going to win ?? With that said, I feel it most appropriate to continue in my current posting format/thread. I will periodically update the win vs loss record as well as financials, and others are certainly welcomed to view for themselves how I am doing. My purpose here is really not to be a hero, just to offer some picks that I believe in(I personally play every one that I post), and to periodically show some history (dates/teams/wins vs losses/units gained)to others that supports the ongoing record so that others will not think it is just some guy with no experience posting unfounded opinions with no basis. As always I will offer congratulations, comments, etc. along the way. Good luck!

Could you explain what you mean with a "chasing" type of system I am not sure I understand what you mean.

Welcome!

Basically, what I mean is that when one loses a wager, then the next wager is designed to win a unit plus the lost wager from the previous wager(s). It requires larger and larger wagers in succession until one wins back their previous loss(s) plus 1 unit(profit). I NEVER endorse playing a wager greater than 1 unit. But that is just me. Some folks do this with great frequency.....and risk!

I wont do this often, but tonight I thought I would offer just a few highlights between these two over the last several games played.

* Tampa Bay travels to Detroit on 0 days rest
after playing in
Chicago tonight.
* TB is 2-9 on the road going into Detroit Thursday.
* Detroit is 9-2 at home.
* Detroit is 6-1 ATS in the last 7 played vs TB.
* Detroit is 6-0 (moneyline) in the last 6 played vs TB.
* Detroit is 10-3-2(moneyline) vs TB in the last 15 games
played.

Please be careful on the Friday play of Edmonton. There is history and some stats to support the play, but there is also considerable evidence and stats that is supportive of their opponent as well. I would be especially careful if Roloson gets the nod for Edmonton. At the time I posteed the play Garon was probable for them.
