Tampa Bay (+125) at NY Islanders. Thinking the Lightning bounce back after being embarrassed last night (Wednesday).
Buffalo (-115) at Boston. Sabres have won their last two on the road, while Boston has just six goals in their last four games, and are now without Bergeron.
I am also wondering if there is a rule of thumb about playing big favorites on moneylines. How low is too low? I like Vancouver, but at -170, is that a foolish bet? As a newcomer to the game, wondering if there is threshhold, say -150 or so, that shouldn't be surpassed. Thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks.
