Today is a big card i am having trouble narrowing the picks down,Unfortunetley i cut out 2 winners from the early games.I dont like playing too many games so im going to give the day a miss but i will post tommorows pick/picks early if anyone is interested.Im glad a few people cashed on Carolina and Phoenix.

i didn't know you were across nhl. what's the story there?
sadly, my only experience with ice hockey was watching the 'mighty ducks' movies as a kid. i don't think emilio estevez was sober in any of them, but i guess that runs in the family!
as far as the nhl goes, it looks like the ultimate bloodsport... at least from the brawls they occasionally show on oz tv.

I also watched the Mighty ducks movies as a kid i think they were ok,that was a while ago.

i'll bookmark this thread, but i think i'll stay an nhl spectator for the time being.
maybe next season i'll do some research and try to boost my knowledge of the game. after all, that's what this forum's all about.
super-14 kicks off tomorrow... with league and afl a few weeks away. looking forward to touching base in the 'more sports' zone.
